Feasibility is the early assessment of whether your intended home can be delivered on your land, within planning controls, budget and practical construction limits. A feature and level survey records boundaries, existing structures, contours, trees and other physical site conditions. It gives the designer and engineer reliable information to work from. Designing before the site is properly surveyed can lead to avoidable redesign, drainage conflicts or unexpected retaining work.
