Stage 01

Initial Consultation

We listen to your vision, budget and lifestyle needs during a free, no-obligation consultation with our team. There’s no sales pitch, no hard close. We’ll walk your block with you, ask the questions a builder needs answered, and leave you with a clearer picture of what’s actually achievable. If we’re not the right builder for your project, we’ll tell you. If we are, we’ll show you exactly why.

Stage 02

Design & Planning

Our designers craft your plans, manage council approvals, and finalise every detail of your new home before a single nail is driven. Energy ratings, soil tests, drainage strategy, structural engineering, town planning permits. All of it, sorted and signed off, before you commit to a fixed price. The fewer surprises in this stage, the fewer in the next.

Stage 03

Contract & Tender

Transparent, fixed-price contracts. No hidden costs. We set expectations clearly so you can build with confidence. Every fixture, every fitting, every finish is documented in detail before the slab is poured. Provisional sums are kept to a minimum and clearly explained where they exist. What you sign is what you pay, and on the rare occasion something needs to shift, we walk you through it before the change is locked in.

Stage 04

Construction

Our master tradespeople build your home to the highest standard with regular quality inspections at every milestone throughout the build. Slab. Frame. Lock-up. Fixing. Practical completion. Each stage gets its own checklist, and each checklist gets signed off before the next one starts. You receive weekly progress photos, scheduled site walks, and a single project manager who can answer any question, any time, without forwarding the email to someone else.

Stage 05

Handover & Beyond

On handover day we walk you through every detail of your new home, from how the appliances work to where the stop tap lives. Defects period support sits with us for a full year, your statutory builder’s warranty runs for six, and our 25-Year Structural Guarantee picks up after that. Most of our clients still have us in their phones a decade later, and most of them still call now and then. We like it that way.
